Cosmo Sports is provided free of charge, as is, for personal, non-commercial use. We work to keep it accurate and available, but scores, statistics, schedules, alerts and other data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the app or any feature may change or be unavailable at times. Don't rely on the app where a delay or error could cause you harm.
Scores, predictions and alerts work without an account. You need a free account for Cosmic and to keep your teams and settings on every device. You sign in with a passkey, and you can also add an email and password to sign in on a computer. Keep your devices and password secure: anyone who can unlock a device with your passkey, or who knows your email and password, can use your account. Don't reuse a password from another site. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it erases your coins, cards, bets, market listings and saved settings, and can't be undone.
Cosmic is a free game. Cosmic Coins and cards are virtual items with no cash value: they can't be bought with real money, exchanged for money, prizes or anything outside the app, or transferred except through the app's own Market, auctions and trades. Selling or buying coins, cards or accounts for real money isn't allowed. Card supplies, pack odds and prices are shown in the app and may be adjusted to keep the game fair. We may reset balances or remove items obtained through bugs, cheating or rule breaking. Cosmo Sports, including Cosmic, is for people 13 and older. Cosmic's bets use play money only: they are a game, not gambling, and nothing in Cosmic can be won or lost in real money.
Your display name and your Cosmic activity (balance, bets, cards and listings) are public. Names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, or advertise anything. You can report a name or block a player from their name in the app. We review reports, replace names that break these rules (automatically after several reports), and may suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly break them. There's no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Win chances, excitement scores and ratings are estimates from statistical models. Daily 3, picks, Cosmic and challenge links are free games for fun: there are no entry fees and no real-world prizes or rewards of any kind.
Betting lines are shown for information only. Nothing in the app is financial or betting advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for any decisions you make. If you choose to bet, do so legally where you live, only if you are of legal age, and only with money you can afford to lose. In the US, help is available at 1-800-GAMBLER.
Ask Cosmo's answers are generated by an AI model from live data and can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with an official source. Don't use it to seek betting, medical, legal or financial advice, and don't enter personal or sensitive information. Use it respectfully and within the AI provider's usage policies.
Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis and may arrive late or not at all. You can change or turn them off at any time in Settings.
Scores, play-by-play, statistics, photos, video clips, team names and logos belong to their owners, including ESPN, the leagues and the teams, and are shown for personal, non-commercial use under those providers' terms. Don't misuse the app or its live service: no scraping, overloading or attempting to break it, and no using it to harass anyone.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for any loss arising from its use or from information in it.
